Conference registration includes housing and all conference events.

A la carte options are also available for those who wish to pick which events they would like to attend, but who are not planning on staying. Seminars and personal consultations are both $45 per event. A la carte offerings (except Agent/Editor One on One consultations) are included with full conference registration fees paid.

Please note: we can offer no full refunds after April 1st, 2018, and there will be a $100 processing fee for any tuition cancellations (to cover costs) prior to that date.

Key Terms for our conference:

A WORKSHOP is a seminar-style group session where professional faculty will lead discussion about each attendees manuscript.  Each attendee will be expected to come prepared with their own critique, ready to discuss, ready to actively give feedback and advice.

A CRAFT SEMINAR generally has a question and answer period after a lecture on specific craft strategies are presented to the group.

RECEPTIONS are free to all scholars, fellows, full-pay attendees, and include snacks and beverages.

READINGS are generally an hour in length, and are a place to celebrate everyone’s work!

Scholarship & Fellowship applications for the 2017 conference are now closed. Check back in October when we announce our visitors and application dates!  To apply for a Fellowship/Scholarship, select from–Fellowship (for those with at least one published book), Scholarship (for those actively publishing, without a book), and Veteran’s Scholarship (open genre, must have some publications and be a current or former member of the Armed Services).
